Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Buol Regency 2023

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve data quality and public services. Respondents in the 2023 SKD are consumers who received services from the BPS Integrated Statistical Services (PST) unit from January 1 – July 2023. In general, the aim of implementing the 2022 SKD is to obtain evaluation material from consumers to support improving the quality of statistical data and information. The results of the 2023 SKD are presented in the form of a publication containing descriptive analysis regarding consumer characteristics, service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, data needs, and consumer satisfaction with data quality. Data is presented in the form of tables, graphs and infographics. Some of the main indicators presented in this publication include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK), the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK), and the percentage of consumers who are satisfied with the service and quality of BPS data.
