Abstract

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve data quality and public services. Respondents to the 2022 SKD are consumers who received services from the BPS Integrated Statistical Services unit (PST) from 1 January to 22 July 2022. In general, the aim of implementing the 2022 SKD is to obtain evaluation material from consumers as a support for improving the quality of data and statistical information. SKD 2022 results are presented in the form of a publication containing descriptive analysis of consumer characteristics, service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, data requirements, and consumer satisfaction with data quality. Data is presented in the form of tables, graphs and infographics. Some of the main indicators presented in this publication include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK), the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK), and the percentage of consumers who are satisfied with the service and quality of BPS data.
